How much is shipping to my country?

All rates are displayed in USD.

USA & Canada — Free shipping on orders of $3,000 MXN or more. Orders under that amount: $400 MXN.

Rest of the World — Free shipping on orders of $4,000 MXN or more. Orders under that amount: $620 MXN.


Why do all products appear as sold out?

If all items on our site appear unavailable, it's likely that your market is not currently active. Please reach out to us at help@hermanoskoumori.com and we'll be happy to help. plus, as a thank you, we'll send you a special gift. 


How long does delivery take?

  • USA & Canada — 7 business days.

  • Rest of the World — 7–10 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you didn't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at help@hermanoskoumori.com.


Returns & Exchanges

We put a lot of care into every product we make and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the purchase shipping . All requests are subject to approval and must comply with our Returns Policy available on our website.

  • México & USA — Hermanos Koumori covers the cost of return shipping.
  • Rest of the World — The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

*For returns or exchanges due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Hermanos Koumori covers the cost of return shipping for orders within México and the USA.

*For returns or exchanges due to personal preference — including color or change of mind — the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, regardless of destination.


Final Sales & Discounts

Items purchased on sale, with a discount, or as part of a collaboration are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
