Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

- Items purchased with a discount code
- Limited-edition collaboration releases
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at help@hermanoskoumori.com.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
*Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
- México & USA — Hermanos Koumori covers the cost of return shipping.
- Rest of the World — The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages & Issues
*Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at help@hermanoskoumori.com within 15 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
Exchange requests can be made in two ways:
*In store: Visit any of our locations with your item and order number.
A team member will review your request and, if approved and the item is available, process it on the spot.

*All requests are subject to approval.
*In both cases, the item must meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 - 15 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@hermanoskoumori.com.
