  Orders under $250 USD: $25 USD shipping
  Orders of $250 USD or more: Free shipping
  Estimated delivery time: 7 business days.
• Rest of the World
  Orders under $250 USD: $42 USD shipping
  Orders of $250 USD or more: Free shipping

• Middle East

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Import Taxes & Customs Duties

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Import taxes and customs duties are included in the order total, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Hermanos Koumori is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@hermanoskoumori.com within 14 days and we will assist you through the claims process with the carrier.
