Shipping policy


All shipping rates are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN).

  • México Orders under $1,600 MXN — Shipping cost: $95 MXN
    Orders of $1,600 MXN or more — Free shipping Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

  • USA & Canada Orders under $3,000 MXN — Shipping cost: $400 MXN
    Orders of $3,000 MXN or more — Free shipping Estimated delivery time: 7 business days.

  • Rest of the World Orders under $4,000 MXN — Shipping cost: $620 MXN Orders of $4,000 MXN or more — Free shipping Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.


    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Import Taxes & Customs Duties

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Import taxes and customs duties are included in the order total — there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Hermanos Koumori is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@hermanoskoumori.com within 14 days and we will assist you through the claims process with the carrier.
