If you place an order outside of México, your order might be eligible for customs, taxes, and duties which you agree to purchase from Shopify as merchant of records. Shopify is an international fulfillment service provider to Hermanos Koumori.
Hermanos Koumori is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
When an order is placed it will be shipped to the adress designated to the purchaser as long as that shipping adress is compliant with the shipment restrictions containded on this website.
We usually use Redpack for Domestic Orders & Fedex (and other carriers such as DHL and UPS) for international orders. It all depends of availability and the areas covered by the shipping companies.
After a package is shipped we are unable to make changes to its delivery address.
Hermanos Koumori is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged/lost packages.
