Prices & Currency

All prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN). Prices are subject to change; orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the following information carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made. Hermanos Koumori is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping Cost

  • México & USA — Hermanos Koumori covers the cost of return shipping.
  • Rest of the World — The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Carriers

For domestic (México) shipments, orders may be shipped via Estafeta Metrópoli, FedEx, or DHL.

International shipments are fulfilled through FedEx International, DHL Worldwide, or other carriers depending on destination and availability.

International Orders

Import taxes and customs duties are included in the order total. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Hermanos Koumori is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact us at help@hermanoskoumori.com within 14 days of receiving your package and we will assist you through the claims process with the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at help@hermanoskoumori.com or via WhatsApp. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date and are subject to approval.
Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy available on our website.

Final Sales & Discounts

All discounted items, sale items, and collaboration products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
