All prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Please review the following information carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Hermanos Koumori is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Carriers
For domestic (México) shipments, orders may be shipped via Estafeta Metropoli, FedEx, or DHL.
International shipments are fulfilled through FedEx International, DHL Worldwide, or other carriers depending on destination and availability.
International Orders
Orders placed outside of México may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by local authorities in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Hermanos Koumori is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs, nor for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for refunds.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
Hermanos Koumori is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
In the event of loss or damage, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date and are subject to approval.
Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy available on our website.
Final Sales & Discounts
All discounted items, sale items, and collaboration products are considered final sale.
These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
